Intellectual Property

The firm assists companies in the intellectual property area in matters related to trademarks, patents, industrial drawings, scientific, literary and artistic works, computer programs, among others, including:

• registration and monitoring, in Brazil or abroad, of trademarks, patents, industrial drawings and domain names;
• legal work on civil and criminal litigation;
• negotiation and drafting of intellectual property right-related agreements, including agreements for licensing, assignment, distribution, franchise and transfer of technology;
• Counseling on administrative proceedings before INPI, CONAR and ANVISA; and
• Conduction of due diligence.
